Before launching Compass Koaching LTD, I spent over 20 years navigating the corporate world and entertainment industry. What started as a “money job” to fund my creative vocation evolved into a high-stakes corporate career—supporting C-suite leaders in Fortune 500 companies. I worked behind the curtain of power, guiding executives through moments of pressure, purpose, and transformation.
But the more I climbed, the more I questioned the ladder.
Eventually, I left the path that no longer fit, to pursue the one that did—one rooted in calling, not compliance.
Today, I serve to support a more healthy Corporate Culture and it's Emerging Leaders who are ready to confront their blind spots, reclaim their agency, and design personal strategies to move forward
— without delay or apology.
